Returns & Refunds

Our policies on product returns and refunds.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. Some items, such as perishable goods or customized products, are exempt from being returned.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
